Codependency: Transforming Relationships with Jamie

This 6-week discussion series will engage in a faith-filled lesson called the Power of Positive Imagination lead by our beloved pastor David Blunt while exploring the complex and often misunderstood topics of codependency and people pleasing behaviors.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of these patterns, how they manifest in relationships, and strategies for breaking free from their grip.

Throughout the 6 weeks, participants will engage in group discussions using a book Codependent No More by Melodie Beattie, reflective exercises, and practical activities to deepen their understanding of codependency and people pleasing behaviors. This series is designed to provide a supportive and empowering space for individuals to explore and transform their relationship patterns.
